文章后请附上第一作者简介：包括姓名、性别、出生年月、毕业时间和毕业学校、获得学位、现工作单位、职务职称、从事学科研究和技术工作方向、通信地址、邮编、联系电话、Email等。

4、来稿文章责任自负，内容不应涉密。

5、截止日期：请于2026年2月28日前提交论文全文。
