张来斌，全国政协常委，中国工程院院士，中国石油大学（北京）学术委员会主任，应急管理部油气生产安全与应急技术重点实验室主任，国家市场监督管理总局油气生产装备质量检测与健康诊断重点实验室主任，国务院第八届安全科学与工程学科评议组召集人。长期从事油气生产系统及装备安全科学与工程理论、方法和技术研究，获国家科技成果二等奖4项，授权发明专利50余件，发表学术论文200余篇。

Zhang Laibin, Member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC); Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Director of the Academic Committee, China University of Petroleum (Beijing), Director of the Key Laboratory of Oil and Gas Production Safety and Emergency Technology, Ministry of Emergency Management; Director of the Key Laboratory of Quality Inspection and Health Diagnosis for Oil and Gas Production Equipment, State Administration for Market Regulation; Convener of the 8th Discipline Evaluation Group of Safety Science and Engineering, State Council; Long-term engagement in research on safety science and engineering theories, methods, and technologies related to oil and gas production systems and equipment; has won 4 second prizes for national scientific and technological achievements, been granted more than 50 invention patents, and published over 200 academic papers.
