李厚补，博士，正高级工程师，ISO TC67/ SC5/ WG5工作组召集人，ISO TC67/ SC2/ WG32注册专家，中国腐蚀与防护学会非金属材料专业委员会委员，陕西省“油气田非金属材料与复合管材研究创新团队”带头人，长期从事油气采输装备绿色低碳技术研究工作。先后承担国家油气重大专项课题、国家重点研发计划、国家“863”课题、国家自然科学基金、中石油重大科技专项、中石油基础性前瞻性项目及各油田重大技术开发项目30余项，获省部级科技进步奖13项（一等奖3项），发表论文70余篇，授权发明专利29件，制定标准25项，第一完成人制定ISO国际标准3项。入选陕西省三秦英才特支计划科技创新领军人才、陕西省中青年科技创新领军人才、中石油集团公司青年科技英才，荣获中央企业劳动模范、孙越崎青年科技奖、陕西省青年科技新星等荣誉称号。

Li Houbu, Ph.D., Senior engineer, convener of ISO TC67/ SC5/ WG5 working group, registered expert of ISO TC67/ SC2/ WG32, member of the Non-metallic Materials Committee of the Chinese Society for Corrosion and Protection, leader of the "Research and Innovation Team of Non-metallic Materials and Composite Pipe Materials for Oil and Gas Fields in Shaanxi Province". He has long been engaged in research on green and low-carbon technologies for oil and gas production and transportation equipment. He has undertaken more than 30 projects including national major oil and gas project, national key research and development program of China, national "863" projects, national natural science foundation of China, major science and technology projects of CNPC, basic and forward-looking projects of CNPC and major technology development projects of various oilfields. He has won 13 provincial and ministerial-level science and technology progress awards (including 3 first prizes), published over 70 papers and obtained 29 patents. 25 standards have been developed, and three ISO international standards have been developed as the first contributor. Selected as a leading talent in science and technology innovation under the Shaanxi Sanqin Talent Special Support Program, Shaanxi Leading Talent in Science and Technology Innovation for Middle-aged and Young People, CNPC Young Science and Technology Talent, and honored with titles such as Model Worker of Central Enterprises, Sun Yueqi Young Science and Technology Award, Shaanxi Province Youth Science and Technology Star.
