王春生，现任塔里木油田油气井工程首席专家、中石油集团公司井控资深专家，享受国务院津贴。先后负责了克拉2、迪那、英买力、深地塔科1井等多个国家重点工程的钻井生产管理和科研攻关工作，长期攻关塔里木超深层复杂地层钻完井多项技术难题，积累了丰富的超深井钻井现场经验和较高的科研攻关水平，确保了克拉2、英买力、迪那、克深、博孜、大北、富满等三高井、超深井的顺利投产及深地塔科1井的顺利钻进，为国家能源结构调整和能源安全做出了突出的贡献。
      获科技奖励20项，其中《西气东输工程技术及应用》获国家科技进步一等奖，省部级科技进步奖11项、局级科技奖励8项；发表论文21篇、其中核心期刊15篇、专著2部；获得专利11项，发明9项，实用新型2项。

Wang Chunsheng, currently serves as Chief Expert of Oil and Gas Well Engineering at Tarim Oilfield and Senior Well Control Expert of CNPC, enjoying the State Council special allowance; successively been responsible for drilling production management and scientific research of multiple national key projects including Kelar-2, Dina, Yingmaili, and Shendi Take-1 Well; has long been tackling numerous technical challenges in drilling and completion of ultra-deep complex formations in Tarim, accumulating rich on-site experience in ultra-deep well drilling and achieving high-level scientific research capabilities; ensured the smooth production of high-pressure, high-temperature, high-H2S (three-high) and ultra-deep wells such as Kelar-2, Yingmaili, Dina, Keshen, Bozi, Dabei, and Fuman, as well as the successful drilling of Shendi Take-1 Well, making outstanding contributions to national energy structure adjustment and energy security.
      He has received 20 science and technology awards, including the First Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award for "Engineering Technology and Application of West-East Gas Pipeline Project", 11 provincial science and technology progress awards, and 8 bureau science and technology awards；has published 21 papers, including 15 in core journals, and 2 monographs; has obtained 11 patents, comprising 9 invention patents and 2 utility model patents.
