一、用电

1、在不影响您在房间活动的情况下，请节约用电。

2、当房间内的电器出现故障或需要连接临时线路、使用大功率电器时，请与客房服务联系，由专业电工完成。

3、当您外出时，请关闭在用电器，并将钥匙从取电插孔中拔出。

Ⅰ.Use of Power

a.Please save on electricity when your activities in the room are not interrupted.

b.If electric appliances fail, temporary electric cords or high-voltage devices are needed, please contact room staff who will ask electricians to do the job.

c.When you leave the room, please turn off all electric appliances and take the keycard out of the power access slot.

二、消防

1、要给手机、剃须刀等随身携带的用电设备充电时，请不要将充电器放置在床、椅等易燃物品上。

2、请勿在床上、会议室以及其它禁烟的区域吸烟。

3、请不要在室内使用明火。

4、请不要携带易燃易爆物品进入客房。

Ⅱ. Fire Protection

a.When you want to charge mobile phones or razors among other electric devices, please never leave the chargers on beds, chairs and other inflammable objects.

b.Please do not smoke in bed, conference halls and other non-smoking areas.

c.No open flame in the room.

d.Please do not bring inflammables or explosives into your room.

三、交通

外出时请遵守交通规则、注意安全。

In cases of physical discomforts, please contact the staff immediately.

a.Please put valuable articles in the care of receptionists.

b.Please lock the door and mind your personal safety when you are out.

六、应急事件

1、突发性灾情

预防措施：保持所有门畅通，便于遇到紧急情况时人员迅速撤离。

应急对策：发现灾情，立即向周围人发出警报；如果情势较严峻，应立即通过门迅速撤离到安全地带。

2、与会人员突发疾病

应急对策：与会人员突发疾病,立即与会务工作人员联系，送附近医院就诊治疗。

Ⅵ. Emergencies

a.Emergent crisis

Preventive measures: all the exits are kept open for evacuation in cases of emergencies.

Proposed responses: please alert others in your surroundings when an emergency is identified; in severe cases, please evacuate quickly thru exists to a safe place.

b.When conference participants fall sick

Proposed response: please contact staff immediately and take the patients to a nearby hospital.

七、注意事项

1、发生灾情时要听从指挥，有序地快速撤出，要防止人员蜂拥而出，造成安全出口堵塞。

2、发生灾情时要必须保持头脑清醒，防止在混乱中发生挤伤、踩踏等事故。

a.In the case of a crisis, please follow instructions and evacuate in an orderly way to prevent stampeding and the blocking of exists.

b.Remain clear-headed in a crisis and prevent injuries and trampling in chaotic situations.
